This Is Great News

A few days back Nikon revealed their two latest camera bodies. The Nikon D3 which is aimed at the professional photographer and the Nikon D300 aimed for the semi-professional photographer or as a backup camera.

The Nikon D3 utilizes a 12.1 megapixel full-frame sensor. The D3 delivers an ISO range from 200-6400 with a two-step boost up to 25.600. It also incorperates a LCD screen of 3" with an incredible resolutions of 922.000 pixels. Other features worth on mention are the new EXPEED image processor and the new MULTICAM3500FX. The Nikon D3 will shoot 9 FPS and with the newly developed 51-point AF sensor tracking shouldn't be a problem.

The Nikon D300 is a camera in their well-known DX format and boasts a 12 megapixel sensor. The ISO sensitivity runs up to 6400. It shares alot of similarities with the Nikon D3 in form of the EXPEED image processor and the 51-point AF sensor. It also has the same high-resolution 3" LCD screen. The D3 will shoot 6 FPS and 8 FPS with the optional battery grip.

I really want a D3. I wonder how much a kidney goes for these days... ??
